Saturday Breakfast...

Lots of country western personalities have visited...

Well, Good Sunday Morning! I know you're drooling over all the good eats you see in the above photos!Hahaaa....And when I say breakfast...did you think I was kidding? Nope! Hubby and I headed to Giddings, Texas yesterday morning at around 7am. We also wanted to go to a small town called Lexington to Snow's Barbeque just to pick up some of their sauce...after all, it's on the way to Giddings. I think we left too darn early because we stopped at Snow's, got the sauce then ended up in Giddings around 9:30am...Hahaaaa....and we were Hungry! SO....since the Market opens at 7:30am...AND since they were Already cooking up a storm...we placed our order. It-Was-Delicious! Everything! They throw the cut of meat you ordered on butcher paper and waLaaaaa...you're ready to eat. The waitress saw me trying to sneak photos and came over to me and informed me that it was More than alright to take pictures and then invited me to go behind the counter for close-ups. If you're ever in Texas and want some great barbeque, check this place out!
Well, I guess I'll go make some more coffee and settle in for a good Star Trek movie. Enjoy your day Guys! (Click photos to enlarge)

Drooling is right! Man alive, I sure would like to get back to Texas for the bar-b-que. Maybe one day. Have a great day!

I'm not sure I could handle eating that for breakfast, but any other time I'm sure it's delicious!

Aug. 30th...

Nope, Picmonkey wants me to download 'something,' to continue to do the make-a-mosaic thing. And to do that, I may have to disable something. This is still a new-ish computer and I have not downloaded all the bells/and/whistles that things tell me to.

Like, I can see some videos, and not others. Have to download 'something', to see 'em all. Phooie, I can "live" without those. -grin-

I'm sure, since you are very techy, that you have all those 'something' things, installed on your computer. But I don't. And Picmonkey and all those fancy things, are not that important to me, to mess with my nearly-brand-new computer settings. Basically, I am a wimp!!!!

Thank you though.

Girl! That looks larapin! Wish I'd been there to go all carnivorous with y'all! I love the adventures you and your man take together. Sounds a lot like me and TG, wondering what good eatin' joint we can plunder today.

I have eaten there MANY times! We used to live in Ledbetter! In fact, the kids and I were talking about it just the other day! My hubby prefers pork bar-b-que to Texas beef bar-b-que, but the rest of us think that brisket and sausage on the butcher paper with the dill pickles and onions on the side is the best stuff on EARTH! I almost fell off my chair when I saw this post! :-)
