Can you believe it's almost 2010? My Word, where has the time gone? We certainly had a Wonderful Christmas this year...Crystal and Tim's engagement came as a big surprise but we were certainly happy about it! Now they're trying to iron out the details. Looks like the deed will be done on March 27th and then they'll be leaving on a cruise to the Yucatan that following Monday. Now the task is "The" clothing....LOL...I guess she'll find just the Right one...hopefully!
Nothing else really Big has happened. I do believe that's a good thing though. We have a short work week again and that's Always appreciated! Here's hoping all is well with you All and that Your Christmas's or Boxing Days were Wonderful and Happy ones! I also found a new pancake recipe that is Out of this World good...If you have a late breakfast, this is the one to make! Happy night y'all!

All we've ever wanted was for our Baby to be happy...Tim asked Crystal to marry him December 25th...Let the dreams and memories...begin.

Getting it Done!

I'm Already pooped...LOL...and it's not even Christmas! I got a late start in my buying and wrapping and tomorrow, we have the gang in for our main celebration...Just hope I don't forget anything! Please continue to pray for Sally's Grandaughter, Brittany. Her surgery was suppose to be this morning, but I haven't heard anything. I'll let you know if I hear from Sally. If anyone out there hears from her please let us know! Y'all try to have a Safe and productive day!!

Sally (Whispering Hope) has asked me to post for her this evening...She called to say that Brittainy, her Grandaughter, was in a bad truck accident last Saturday night. Her neck is broken in three places and her foot is also badly injured. The whole family is under Such stress at this time...Prayers are REALLY needed....Bless All their hearts during this Christmas season...and Please remember them....

Hacked...Off!!

Just a quick note to let you all know that I have Now regained control of my Email account (Yahoo) and the Facebook account is not working...The creep that hacked my accounts lives in England and is named David H. Blasco....JERK! I've sent in all the reports I Know to send and it'll be up to FB and Yahoo what happens to him, if Anything. I'm pooped!!! What a DAY I've been having!LOL....You need to recheck all Your accounts! This can happen to Anyone at Anytime...I'm just lucky it wasn't anything to do with our banking!!

Trying to Learn New Ways...

Alright Donna.. at Cottage Days....Is this right?? I'm Still trying to figure out about Photobucket and uploading photos from there...I think they will look better if there Are. Once I got to get my work out of the way and settle in, it wasn't complicated. Just make Sure you start off using Minima as your template because...I was using Minima Stretch and the coding is different!!LOL...That took me about 30 minutes to finally figure out! Then complete Donna's instructions (4 basic steps)...THEN upload a 3 column Background (if you want to, but not necessary) and you're good to go! THANK YOU DONNA!!! I've still got tweaking to do, but it'll get there.

Pondering on Goodies...and the Virtues of Men

It's cold and rainy here, the perfect time to sit and go through my cookbooks and "ponder" what kind of dessert would taste good. As I type this, I'm popping mini cream puffs that we found at Sams Club...bad girl...LOL...but they're pretty Good! Crystal suggested dipping them in chocolate. I think that's an excellent suggestion! I Also found a recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies! It's a bit too much to start on tonight but I do think I'll give them a whirl tomorrow. Nothing like chocolate with peanut butter.

Friday was hell on wheels at work...for me at least! I had to deal with TWO, IDIOT, chauvinistic males on the phone...One had been a mayor for some pothole city with the attitude of, "Do You Know Who I Am?" The Other one thought that even though he was The Supreme Male of The Universe, I wasn't suppose to ask for his....Wait For IT...phone number! Yes...I simply asked for his phone number. WELL...No one needs his number!! The Owner has his number and That's Good enough!! Well, I now had "his number" and it Wasn't pretty. SO...after an afternoon of all the guys laughing and having a high time at My expense, I came home. Not a happy camper. WHY do people have to be crappy??? Just be nice...We're in business to help people...and yes, I'm JUST a women, but I CAN HELP!!LOL....Gads, I'm getting pissed all over again...Hahaha.

Well, when I asked Santa if my "Baby" was too old to get her picture taken with him, he did a "double-take"...started laughing and blurted out, "NO Mam! One is Never too old!"....LOLOL...Crystal and I went to the mall yesterday and I couldn't resist...Santa also gave her a coloring book since she was SO good!....Hahaaa....Hope you all have a Great day!!!
PS- I know...I know...But I just didn't like the "feel" of all that silky black...Hahaaa...

Is There Anything Better?

Is there Anything better than Chocolate?? Yes...there IS! That would be Toffee WRAPPED in Chocolate!Hahaa.....I was working at my desk...in my office...minding my Own business! One of the guys ,that does Subcontract work for us upon occasion, waltzed in and FORCED a black box into my hands! WELL!!! What was I to do? I looked up from the box only to find the interloper...Gone. I can Not return it! I Had to open it....Oh My...TOFFEE, covered in white chocolate...I shall continue to mind my own business...but wait a second...I need to softly close my office door....you Know how much noise those wrappers make...LOL

Hubby Also did some baking last night...Oatmeal cookies! He's Such a good Boy!!! Have a great day Guys! I'll be thinking of you all...well, let me get some coffee...to go with my toffee...and cookie....then, I'll be thinking of you all!!Hahaaa.....

It's Finally Up!

Well, I Finally got the tree up and running... I've got lots of tweaking to do and more ornaments to add but at least the hard part is over. Hubby DID put the tree together...each and Every branch..Hahaa...It's not bad once up, but Really a chore. But, it could be worse...No tree at All! I Am grateful. How about Your trees? Up Yet? We Want Pictures!!Hahaa...Happy Tuesday everyone!
