Six More Days...

WHAT???  Only six more days?  I've been running around, chasing my tail for days!  Can't seem to get all I need to get done...Done!  Hope you are doing better than I am.
The weather has heated back up to the 70's and we are expecting rain through Saturday.  Texas winters can be crazy sometimes...30's in the mornings and 70 by the late afternoon!  So, the next few days will be like that for us....with rain thrown in for good measure.  Oh well, still trying to get my shopping finished up...I think it's hopeless!
SO, here's hoping you're getting everything finished up as well and will find the time for a good old hot cup of coffee or chocolate!
Enjoy the evening guys!  I'm off to figure out what else I've forgotten to do...

Don't worry, be happy! You'll get it done.

Since we're "expecting" any day, there can't be any definite plans made. I'm going to make two kinds of fudge although waiting until the last possible moment (so I won't be tempted). And, the way my cooking has been lately, maybe I should let someone else make the fudge. :)

Love ya!
xoxo

I have had too many sweets, you know how I can be. Made up a bananas foster cake last night. I have made lots of candies.

Isn't it crazy? I'm still shopping and running around too....and I'm sort of not caring too much about it. Do you think my mom would care if I forget to get her something????

;)

It has gotten in the sixties here, too, and the wind has kicked up. I want to reach inside the screen and grab one of these candy cane cookies!

I always remember the things I forgot on Christmas Eve. Hopefully I won't have to go chasing at the last minute this year.

We are at 30 at the moment with snow in the forecast, enjoy your warm weather and think of those of us up north.

I hope you make it in good shape. It's a PD Day, so we're babysitting today, and Sue is sick. Joy to the world.

Oh girl, I hear you about the weather. Yesterday I went sleeveless for Christmas shopping. Today and tomorrow the temps will be near 80. I'm thinking of asking TG to open the pool back up. My gift shopping is done .... I relied heavily on Amazon this year! Groceries will be bought on Monday .... Andrew will be here to take me to the stores and help me, and that will be SO much fun. I don't get to spend much time with my boy. THANK YOU my friend for the beautiful card. I treasure it. I don't send Christmas cards anymore but I love to get them. xoxo my friend, stay happy and enjoy your Christmas with your beautiful family.
