Women's Rights!Hahahaa....I think we need to go Back to being Women instead of "Male Wannabes!" I Like my doors opened for me...my man picking up the tab...flowers on special occasions, or not...my man checking for "boogers" when I get scared...squashing nasty bugs that have their flight plan aimed, straight At Me...taking my hand as we go down stairs...doing all the heavy lifting...mowing (most of the time)...cooking...WHAT?!!!!Hahaaa...
You get the picture. Don't get me wrong! I can squash bugs with the Best of 'em! Milk a cow and shoot guns....But, if I had my drothers, I'll just continue to let my man do the man things. Besides, I think he Likes it that way...Everytime I try to help him, he keeps confusing me with someone else named, Move!! Y'all ever hear of her??

Donna, I'm with you all the way on this!!
HAHA-Yep I've heard of 'Move!'
Whew, that sure is a sexist article! LOL, I prefer that DH squishes the bugs. I can't stand bugs and the crunch noise when they meet their demise!
As far as "Move" is concerned, that was the second name for our former pooch! I think he heard that more often than his given name!
Yeah Girl! PREACH ON! Wouldn't change a THANG!
Actually, if employers took that attitude in the work place now, many of the women would be happier.
"husky" girls are more even tempered...I think Junior might disagree with that! lol!
I'm with you too!!
Hugs,
Donna
I'm all for #8.
We used to have a guy at work that always gave up his seat to a female employee in the break room and if he saw you carrying something heavy he always took it and carried it for you. I miss him. Now the guys see you struggling with something heavy and just walk on by.
I with you all the way!
I grew up lifting feed sacks and doing heavy farm work. When we got married, my husband said he was the man and that was a man's work. That I was a woman and wasn't built to do all that type work. Of course I still tote potting soil and large plants around and love to mow the yard!
What an interesting article. I really liked #9. Ya don't want to break a woman's spirit!:)
sooo funny. Can you imagine going into a job interview and being told that since you're a woman you'd need to get a check up on all your "lady" parts...bwwaaahahaahhaaaa. Cracks me up!!
I am letting James do more and more of his manly things since I've killed my back doing "man's" work while he labored long hours on the farm.
Just coming over hear to let u know that what all u and dad do for me does not go unappreciated. Even when I act like a little turd from time to time. Thank you for all the unconditional love, unwavering support (even when ur not so supportive) and just being my parents. Thank you for always letting me count on u even when I don't need it. But especially when I do. I love you both very much...
I agree with your thoughts completely!!
Cute post!!!
