(Granddaughter Samantha)
I just don't have Any new news to share with you all today...I'm just sitting at my desk, doing a little last minute work and watching in horror at the total destruction in Alabama. God in Heaven....My heart and prayers go out to all those affected by these devastating storms... Here in Central Texas (Waco), we had several small tornados go above us and below us. We got a small smattering of hail, wind and rain and then it blew on out. It was scary for a few minutes but God held his hand close. I just have no words for what I'm seeing on the television.
Hang on tight to those you love through another worrisome Spring. Southerners traditionally hate Summer....but I do believe I'm yearning for it....Stay safe Friends!

Such terrible news. We don't usually get tornadoes, but there have been some destructive winds recently. Sunny one day, hail and cold the next. Spring in Idaho! My heart and prayers go out to those who are suffering in Alabama and across the county!
By the way...your granddaughter is so beautiful! Love the photo!
Hugs!

So terrible the destruction in Alabama! My heart goes out to them. I need to stop complaining about the cold and rain here in Michigan! Your grandaughter is beautiful!

{{{hugs to my friend in Waco}}}
Just when we thought nothing could out-pain Japan, here we go thru Spring. You are so tenderhearted, I know this is doubly hard for you.
p.s. Thanks SO much for telling me what finding a feather means!--just what I needed.

I've heard about how bad Alabama got hit. It's unbelievable how destructive the tornadoes can be.I surely hope that there aren't very
Lovely picture of your granddaughter
You are so right. We need to pray for them and be grateful to the Lord each day for the many gifts he has given.

Big winds way up here doing damage to our place.
We made it through one terrifically scary day! Hubby and I have never been through one day with so many tornado warnings. They were posting them up about every 10-15 minutes, all from different cells. It started at about 10 a.m. and didn't give us a break until after 11 p.m. Except for some 1/2 inch hail, we made it through just fine. No damage here! My heart breaks for those who were harmed by it all.
I have been watching the news and it is heartbreaking to see the destruction.
We were terrified here last night...an RV isn't the best place to ride out tornadoes all around us. We thank God we made it through safely. My heart and prayers go out to all who are suffering...the news is just unbelievable.
oxoxo .....
Your granddaughter is so beautiful!
We've been spared any bad weather....but my heart aches for all the people affected by those horrible tornadoes. God be with them.......
Beautiful girl....
And beautful words, my dear sweet Donna.... it's hard to even comprehend what has happened this week.
Prayers and money can help indeed. It is hard to imagine getting your life destroyed by nature. I was helping cleanup and a family sat on the curb in tears. I thought it was over the lose of their possesions, but it was the loss of family Xmas decorations that hit them hard. I went back with all I had and renewed their spirit.
Thanks everyone! I pray you are all safe!!! This is just awful!
Bless your heart Steve!! Hope you are ok?!!! Do you need help???

So many precious lives lost; it's unbelievable. I pray for the families, and those who have lost everything. :(
P.S. Your beautiful Sam is looking so grown up! :)
I have just viewed footage of the aftermath of the tornadoes in your part of the world; so glad they missed you. I feel sadness at the loss for those so severely affected.
Like you, we were shell-shocked at the devastation unfolding before our eyes on TV for so many people. Those poor folks. I can't imagine (and hope I never have to) the horror of losing everything you own, let alone family members, in a disaster like tornadoes. Really scary. We're keeping those areas in our prayers too.
Your granddaughter is beautiful, Donna! And I was glad to hear that your area of TX didn't receive too severe of weather. Whew! :-)
The coverage of Alabama makes me cry. I wish there were something I could do to help. I ask God every day to comfort and restore them.
Samantha is soooo cute. I can tell a loving grandma took that pic!
