A Prom Dress....

Photo was taken by Crystal last night on her cell phone then emailed to me.  This is Samantha's prom dress.  I played around with the coloring of the dress (her reflection) to try to represent it's true color.  Under the lights of the dress shop, it made the dress look bluer than it really is.  It's more green.  Oh well, just something to play around with on a rainy morning...Had to go have blood work done early this morning for my yearly physical next week...Now I'm just in the mood to do Nothing!!Hahaaa....Hope you all have a great and shiny day!!!

Gorgeous, whatever color.

Trouble is -- after all your trouble of playing with color, to get-it-right..... You are completely at-the-mercy of whatever our individual monitors, give to us, by way of color.

The bane of the Net, it is! Have you ever gotten your blog look, so it's just purrrrrrrrrrrrfect? On your computer?

Then seen your blog, on someone else's computer? And been shocked at how difffffffffffferent it looks???

-sigh- I have. It's defeating. -pout- Even here, my regular computer is quit and I'm on husband's lap top. Same wireless net hookup and etc. but......

My blog doesn't look the same, on the laptop, as it did on my own machine. -grrrrrr- lol

wow ! that is a gorgeous dress, and a gorgeous girl too. (very twinkly, very shiny'. :))
wherever did you find it? soulkid has been prom dress shopping lately too, and has zero luck around here. i never realized how high dollar these dresses can be, and still need to be tailored after purchase. it makes me crazy. worst part? she can't find anything she likes off the rack - that will only need a few tucks here or there. they might need a major overhaul. and this is Dallas. a huge city - that should have everything. so - we were thinking maybe on the austin trip- she might find something? perhaps in your neck o the woods ? do you have a business card for this place that you could scan and email? or perhaps email me the info?
thanks -- and sorry to blog in your box ... again she does look beautiful -- i hope she has the time of her life !
