Not Bad!

I Know I've been bad about blogging lately...I know. Don't have much Zip in my DoDah lately! Between FaceBook, Instagram, and Pinterest, work, and the house stuff...Hahahaa....Ok, I told on myself. Go easy on me!

The above recipe: http://www.chindeep.com/2011/12/18/dutch-baby/, turned out pretty good. I WAS going to create this marvelous dish myself...I WAS!!!Hahaaa...BUTT...Hubby stole my recipe and decided he'd create it instead. It turned out pretty good. The only problen was that the middle and bottom was a bit "dense". I thought it was suppose to be a fluffy dish so maybe HUBBY did something wrong! I KNOW if I had made it, it would have been Wonderful...WHAT???Hahaaa....Oh well. I'll have to experiment on it.

Anyway, nothing much going on here. Just working and doing our best to stay positive. Could care less about all the Presidential swearing in garbage...Guess I'll just finish up on laundry and this post, maybe a movie later.

Hope you all have been staying warm OR cool wherever you are. It's been up and down as far as temps here. 69F one day and 32 the next. My ear ringing finally calmed down and Hubby's Mom is still the same...dizzy...NO! Literally!Hahaaa No news on that front at All. Dr's just said to WAIT and see if her meds were the problem...I give up. I don't think they KNOW what the problem is, other than she's 85 and dizzy...

Well, guess I'll get busy on the laundry...and go make fresh coffee. Enjoy your week friends!!

It's good to check in every now and then. That's about all that I am doing these days.

Ha ha, I ALWAYS tell my partner he cooks much better than me makes him keener to cook when I don't want to!! ;)

When ever my Granny has an ailment now they just say O'well she's ninety this year you know-Sounds like they already have her written off.

I can relate to lacking zip in your dodah....lol
I think you should make that coffee before you start the laundry :)

WOW! That looks wonderful!

Glad the ringing in your ears has stopped! *HUGS*

Gosh, it looks like you can hurt yourself with that dish! Three cheers for hubby cooking it up! Even if it wasn't exactly perfect.

Glad the ringing calmed down for you. That could annoy the fool out of you! And you would think the doctors could figure out what is causing your MIL's dizziness. Perhaps a medication change? I know that there is one antibiotic that makes me dizzy as all get out.

And the coronation activities? No thank you. I'm passing on the whole sorry mess.

Looks so wonderful! I have a very similar recipe called a German Pancake. One difference is it recommends letting the batter stand for one hour, or overnight in the fridge. It rises about three inches on the sides and is thinner in the middle. It is one of our family favorites! Oh boy, now I'm really hungry!

I hear ya Donna! It is so hard to keep up with all the social media...and the house stuff too!! It does help when the husband cooks! I could care less about all the swearing in stuff...did not even watch news today. Too depressing. It is freezing here! Below Zero! Happy Monday! Xo Jeanne

Glad the ear ringing calmed down. Sorry about the family health issues, which won't calm down.

Today? What's today? Nothing that means a damn thing to me! That's what!

Sometimes it's all I can do to get a blog post up. You'd never know it, the way I natter on and on, and post three times a week. But it's always work! Good thing it's work I enjoy. I would also enjoy a generous helping of that Dutch Baby with copious amounts of black coffee! You be a good girl now and take care of yourself!

It seems that everything you guys make looks awesome!! I think I'm going to start lining up bus tours to your house. But not to worry... the tourists won't arrive at all hours of the day! Just at meal times! Ha ha. And Jeanette and I will be ON the very first bus, so expect us! Lol
