Crystal Cooks...

I guess Crystal feels sorry for me and her Dad here at work today...She fixed us some lunch.  I have NO idea what they were but they were tasty!  Won Ton wraps, avocado, re-fried beans and cheese over some sort of meat filling.  Very Good!
These were scones that Hubby made last weekend...green onion and cheese.  Wonderful with my home made butter!
And finally, this is my sister, Ruth Ann's, new toy watch dog...Hahaaaa....Her name is Ninny and she protects a colt that's not very old.  They make really great watch dogs you know, or maybe you didn't.
SO...as you can see, I have done absolutely nothing except sneeze my head off from all this crazy February weather!  Trees are actually budding out down here in Texas!  Temps are in the 60's, 70's and sometimes in the low 80's!!!  I'm not griping because I can't stand the cold but this is just too weird...not normal!  Guess it'll make for a wet Spring, who knows?!  Groundhog DID see his shadow...
Well, guess I'll go find something to do.  Hope you all are staying warm and dry...or wet and cool...Hahaaa...Just have a Safe day where ever you are!

You all are great cooks!! This weather sure has been weird...we have been up in the 50's and then back down below zero and back up again...it is crazy! No wonder everyone is sick!! Hope you feel better!!

It all sounds good, but I don't think I could get past the green. We had a snowstorm yesterday -- just saying ... Actually, it wasn't too bad -- kind of pleasant really.

That daughter of yours is really on a roll. She's making some things that are killing me slowly. :)

Deeeeelicious looking goooodies!!!

So a mule can be a protector and a watch dog, hu? I recently read that ducks can be (watch dogs) too. Plus, ducks eat all the nasty bugs, etc., which plague gardens.

Sorry about all the sneeeeeeezin' Hon!!! Bahhh-humbug...

I think it's high time Crystal got her own show on Food Network. Crystal Clear Cooking or some such catchy title.

And I have heard that about donkeys being good guardians... especially the females. And best thing is they don't bark! *haha* ((HUGS))

It isn't 40 below, but it is COLD....we actually got some snow in Tucson today! :-)

But of course I know they make great watch dogs. :) Ninny. Cute name. And as for the food pics. Yummy. That's all I have to say about that. And the weather. What can we say. We live in TEXAS! Up here a bit further north we swing from very warm to the cold. Warm this afternoon (Thursday) but almost in the 30s tomorrow. Ugh. Have a good day!

You and your family always make the best looking and most interesting foods! I vote that if we ever have a blog-buddy get together, we all go to YOUR house! LOL

And I love the photo of Ninny. She's a cutie!
