It's Friday...That's a Good Thing!

Went for a walk-around at a local garden a few weeks ago and fell in love with the above flower.  My flower recognition abilities are shrinking and I find that the name is "on the tip of my tongue" but I just can't spit it out!Hahaaa....Oh well, YOU probably have seen these a million times.

I also saw this....somewhere...Hahaaaa....gads!  Well, YOU get the picture.  A soda bottle, punch some holes and run  wooden spoons through them.  Neat idea on the cheap!
Hope you all are enjoying your Friday!  We do Nothing until Sunday, when we attend Samantha's Baccalaureate service at school then she graduates next Saturday...Just yesterday she was five!
Happy weekend friends....

I don't know a flower from a flower. -grin-

Very cool cheap idea for a feeder!!!!!

The lovely flower, at the top... Sounds silly but when it first popped up on my screen, the edges looked almost like they were made of a felt and sewed/puckered/something... Like one would make a...... What?

Mmmmmmm, these meds are getting to me! -giggggles-

Time flies! So quickly. Wish Sammie all the best.

And you all had better pack a serious supply of tissues, in your pockets, for this ceremony. :-) Hugs...

What a beautiful photo of that gorgeous flower! I, too, know that name of it, but can't think of it! Too funny!

And I just love the bird feeder! How clever!

Well, you know I don't know nothin from nothin', but at first I thought it was a day lily with ruffles.

I know you're all excited from Sam, and very proud of her as well. Yes, the time is passing so quickly; it's sometimes hard to believe.

Enjoy the weekend.

What a lovely daylily bloom! That is a cultured variety and I'm sure it have a specific name. The dark ruffled edges are quite striking. And your photo of it is gorgeous! Take a bow, sister!

It reminds me of our tiger lilies that just pop up in the back! I took a picture of them today. And the birdies are precious. I never tire of watching them.
