Hello! It's time for Donna's, A Personal Photo Challenge again. I haven't really had many opportunities to participate but when I saw the challenge, Food Photography, I knew I was just going to have to make time to do it!Hahaa....I'm not wonderful at these challenges but I love a pretty picture especially when it's food.
We had gone on a mini-trip to New Orleans and I got the shot of my pie slice. It was Key Lime and it was delicious! The second one was a creation I made from a recipe from Pinterest several months ago...mostly egg and fluff. It too, was wonderful.
The pie slice was taken in natural light...we were sitting on a patio in a beautiful garden. The bottom photo was taken indoors under florescent lighting.
Well, that's it for me...Go on over to the Challenge link I posted above and enjoy all the other entries. Check back often because people keep joining the challenge right through the weekend!!
Speaking of weekends...Enjoy Your's!

Looking for eager eaters of blintzes for the weekend. That pie looks the best.
Wow! These pictures have me drooling. Great pictures!
I knew I could count on you to participate in this challenge! Haha! And I knew your post would feature something yummy! I sure could use a hunk of that pie right now. That looks lip-smacking good! You did a great job with the color balance on these. Photos taken under fluorescent lighting usually need some post-processing work to get the colors just right. You aced this challenge, Miz Donna, just like I knew you would!
Yup. When I see food that makes me want very much to have a taste, I know the photographer has been successful! I so want a bite of that key lime pie!
Only you could make food look even more delicious than ever! Love it!
How luscious....I couldn't compete with that were I to try!
hugs
Sandi
You definitely get the award for best mouth watering photo! How fabulous when a photo looks so real, you want to eat it! haha! Great job!
The key lime pie is so close, and big on my screen I am wanting to dip my fingers in the sauce oozing over the plate. I like the reflection of the trees on the table above it.
The other dessert looks tempting as well, great macro photos.
Ooh, yum. These are wonderfully appetizing photos.
oh my those desserts look good. I think I gained a couple pounds just looking at them :)
Delicious looking. You could do photography for a food magazine or advertisement. Your close up in wonderful.
LOVE!!!!

Lord have mercy.
Well, it's Thanksgiving weekend in the Great White North, and we shall be having pumpkin pie -- also apple, which I prefer. Nothing at all wrong with key lime though. Mmmmm.
Oh Donna
YOU are a great photographer - the first one of key lime pie is great - natural light is the best every time!
Tell me, what was the second dessert - it looks very scrummy - do you still have the recipe?!!
Your photos are inspiring - thank you!
hugs
Shane
Next to chocolate, Key Lime is my favorite! YUM! Your picture is perfect because it makes me want to go make one!
Definitely deliscious looking!
Your photos look magazine perfect too.
You certainly captured the "delicious" aspect of both these yummy food! Makes my mouth water.
No wonder we want to eat dessert first!
Your images make me hungry for a really good Key Lime pie, however the fluffy whatever - bread pudding perhaps - is what I feel is a good comfort food for a dreary wet day like today!
Of course, having just eaten my way through Central Europe, home of the best desserts, I cannot indulge in either of your offerings dear.....but I'm loving the photos!
Glad you joined Donna's challenge.
Mary
Both photos are fabulous and the food looks delicious!!
Oh Donna! That Key Lime Pie looks amazing!!! I just love it! Especially when I am sitting in Key West eating it!! :)
Awesome pictures. Now I am hungry.
Thanks Donna!
Both look delicous and are wonderful food photos!
Okay I can't believe you didn't save a piece for me - looks delish!
Oh my gosh! Beautiful photos! Now I'm sooo hungry! I've really missed doing photo challenges, so may have to give it another try one of these days.
God bless that powdered sugar looks so good... I made sausage and French toast for Sam yesterday. I sure wanted some and would have put butter and powdered sugar on it for sure!
