The most honest three minutes in television history...

WARNING...SOME STRONG LANGUAGE!

I think most Americans feel this way right now...we are tired. We have been lied to by our Government, our representatives, the media...and to what end? What a week...and it's only Wednesday. Next up? Sebelious and her "deer in the headlights" lies about the healthcare website. I try to not do politics on this blog...but thought you might appreciate the video...He said what we are All saying...Europe is trying to get OUT of nationalization of healthcare and here we are flying head first INTO it...insane.
Guess that's my cue for more coffee...

Wow!She got more than she bargained for, but maybe she had her eyes opened. I don't think he'd be onboard with your conclusions, however. But that's another story that we probably don't want to get into. ;)

One thing in your favor, is that I am willing to bet that it didn't snow last night in Texas.

I am disgusted with our government. Corrupt to the core. And I have little faith in citizens waking up to abuses and lies. My faith went out the window when an absolute disgrace for a President got reelected. I can understand people being fooled once. But twice? Inexcusable.

I believe angels are real. Is Jeff Daniels really a conservative? That is all.

Donna, just in case some aren't aware, this is a clip from an HBO TV series called "The Newsroom". They don't identify this on YouTube as fictional, so many are believing it was an actual public event.

I do know a lot of us are fed up with everything happening in our country, but I still believe we are one of the greatest nations in the world. We all just have to continue pushing/working/voting to keep it that way.

Oh, and I am also one of the people who believes in angels. God bless America... we seriously need His blessings. Love you, my friend!

It is all very frustrating!!! I try not to talk about it with my friends because it can cause big arguments! I wish people could just respectfully listen to other people's ideas without getting so fired up!!!

Hi Nita...Oh yes...I should have said it was from his TV series Newsmen....but it was still a good speech and Imo, truthful. We can once again be that great nation but first, the Socialist must go!
Not afraid to say it either...

Politics, an ugly subject

Well, you know I can't "hear" stuff yet with my computer. But, you also know how I feel about all the CRAP that's going on. I'm not worried for myself, it is the future generations like my great grand's.

Yes it was from a TV show but Aaron Sorkin (the writer) and Jeff Daniels still featured the speech in the show and were clearly making a statement, which I think is interesting. Sorkin I know for a fact is a huge lib.

I take a deep breath at seeing someone who also feels disenfranchised by our leaders...and take a slug of coffee and nod my head and never again apologize for watching Fox news...

I am so worried about the country. And I totally agree with you. Keep praying. It did have some language.
