Someone, and I won't mention her name,
Sami drove down to Magnolia for a quick visit with her mom, Will and Tim last weekend. Left on a Saturday after work, drove, spent the night then got up the next morning and drove home to get to work on time. It was storming around here big time but she needed a "momma" fix! :0) Hence, the selfie she sent me letting me know she made it just fine. Her new apartment will be ready on the 19th and she'll be moving...at least it's in town close by.
As you can tell from the photo of Libby, we were both a bit nervous while waiting to hear from Sam...Hahaa....of course, Libby usually sends me mixed messages. I think this was her "apprehensive" look but then again, it could also be her "snack" look...one must really work at deciphering her mood...yes, it was apprehension...I'm almost positive...
Well, guess I'll get to moving...going to get blood test for the old annual physical. Will be checking on you in a bit.
Have a super day!

I am impressed that the dog can take a selfie -- with no paws even.
Seriously -- two nice photos.
Well all I'll say is, my apprehensive look and my snack look are one and the same. The group picture is so cute. Crystal just seems to get younger instead of going the other way like the rest of us. Will is so tall, he doesn't even fit in the frame. Have fun at the doctor's office. xoxo
It's hard to train a dog to take pics. Mine know how to get in the way. They hunt with me all the time, even when I don't want them to.
I haven't been "with" you long enough to know who these kids are, but WOW--they sure are gorgeous!!!
Both are good selfie photos. Especially Libby's. Ha, ha.
Yes, so fun worrying about our loved ones! My son in law traveled to Vietnam for work last week and I worried about the (very long 23 hours!) flight the whole time. Now he leaves to come home tonight and I can worry all over again! Have a good week!
When you said "selfie's" I was wondering how Libby did that. :)
Love the pic of the gang! They're a good looking bunch, that's for sure.
Even with our kids living in St. Augustine, close by, I still want a text when they make it home. And, always say a prayer.
So happy your awesome daughter shamed you in posting! I've been missing so many of our blog friends who no longer post.
Love ya!
xoxo
Well, I'm glad you posted too!
It's awful worrying about those you love. You think it will end when they are grown...but it doesn't. Then you just add spouses and grandkids to the worry list. Ugh.
LOVE Libby's worry/I want a snack look. :)
sorry you were hollered at but I'm glad you posted. Love the picture of Libby. I wonder if that could be a look of apprehension about snacks?...lol
Those sure are some good-looking kids....:)
Glad she isn't moving TOO far away...xoxo
Love the Sami group Selfie! Libby does look quite apprehensive. Perhaps picking up on your vibe? ;)
Thank you for visiting my blog! I always love hearing from you! I am pushing myself to post a little more often, and today I "dusted" off my chapters, notes, etc., and I am back to work on my book, after two long years! Shock! Maybe one day I will actually get something published! We shall see! Haha!
Well it's about time. Inquiring minds want to know. And that damn dog STILL looks "suspicious"........ Just sayin😆 Post more often and even though that motor junk is in the shop doesn't mean u can't post!!
A thank you to Crystal for nudging you into action!!!!!! :)
Libby, I love...what a beautiful photo!!
Good to hear from you, Donna. :)
