I Been Playing!!Hahaaaaa....This is my favorite cousin in law...but he's More than an in law...He's a Doll! When I went to Connecticut in October, I snapped this shot of Mike and his "baby". Trust me when I say it also sounds like it looks! Nice Ride Mike!!
SEE THE TEXTURE I APPLIED???? I HAVE been working on this shot ALL Afternoon! Between visitors and the ringing phone, I finally finished. I did this in Photoshop Elements7. When I tried saving it I noticed the photo wasn't a .jpg!! If it's not .jpg, it won't load in Blogger. At least I couldn't get the other shot I'd been working on to load....geez. I know I probably could have done more to this photo but it seemed the more I tried, the more the photo got muddier... so I just stopped. Opinions Please!! I am a novice here! I can take it!!! Honesty Please!
Well, guess I'll go stretch out on that sofa that seems to be calling my name....Y'all enjoy the rest of the evening!!!

I think it's a great looking picture. It will want to save in adobe format if you have layers etc. Just Save As and make sure you choose jpg in the dialog box. Or ... once it's saved in adobe format, just flatten it and save a second copy. I usually size an image downward since Blogger will only allow a small image anyway.
Exactly what I ended up doing.... The jpg thing! I didn't know it would do that!

The texturing makes for a very interesting photo. The bike ain't bad either. :D
I can't help with PhotoShop Donna...but I love what you've done with the photo!! And the bike is NICE!!
Well it looks like Anvilcloud already answered your question. You did great here. The texture is awesome.
I love what you've done!! Great looking bike and cousin...
Big hugs,

Wish I could help! I just got Photoshop and I am drowning with it! I think this is a good picture though!
I think the picture looks great.
I was hoping to hear this was your bike. I have been out a couple times when it warmed up, only to come home soaked with grimy street dirt.
I know next to nothing about Photoshop but whatever you did with that picture is very nice!
The texture work made it look kinda cool. Looks like you did pretty well.
That's awesome, Donna!
Reminds me of James Dean! :)
See how you can spend a whole half a day working on just ONE photo?! Hahaha, now you know why I can be such a slow butt to load up a picture! You did a great job on that. I can tell that you either masked on Mike or erased the texture, which is a good thing to do for people in your image. It was probably defaulting to a psd format so that you can always go back and change layers later if you want to. I save to that and then also do a jpeg file. In fact, for web postings, I use the special "save for web" feature that is on your file pull-down menu. That way you can control the file size and resolution.
Great work!
Thanks Everyone!!!

That looks really good. I was playing around in elements yesterday too, but those dang layers get me everytime and then I go back to Digital Image Pro where I know what I'm doing. I should take some classes.
Looks real cool!!
*Whoa*~ sweeet ride! I'm afraid to ask, but did you get that tattoo, Donna? hehehaha

All I can say is: it looks darn good.

Donna, Donna, you are such a dear. I just want to hug you! the photo is great and I like it very much. is that a Harley? soon our streets will be roaring with the sound of those - this is Harley's capitol you know :) this photo is a classic - that look and the cigarette hanging from his mouth. good job Donna! have a beautiful weekend, and enjoy that couch! {{{hugs}}}
Donna, I love it! The texture works with the "rough neck biker" attitude. I am impressed!
I haven't had time to play with photos... well, I would have but I joined Ancestry for one month. I'm working as fast as I can, tracking my ancestors. Fun stuff, but everything else is on the back-burner! Lol!
Can't wait to see what else you do with more photos!
I have no clue but I love Mike LOL
Fantastic photo ... love the texture! I haven't learned to do that yet.
Hope you enjoyed your toes-up on the sofa!
