Saw a couple yesterday at the groomers who need a home. I thought about it and have called dozens. I need another pet like a hole in my head. This one is cute, and it is nice you saved it.I have 4 katz and a dog in my home and I see at least 4 katz out in the stable this year.

What a cutie pie! Love those ears and that intense look of interest in whatever she's looking at. And the name is adorable too. I always love to hear stories about people who rescue dogs from shelters. It makes my heart smile.

Best of luck with Miss Mandy, Crystal!

Good for you for rescuing! My best friends are four legged rescue pals! Your Ms. Mandy is adorable.

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
