I keep getting candy and someone eats it.My daughter with her mouth full asks why I buy candy and won't have any tricksters coming out in the country.

Zach and I have gotten to old for that. I doubt we'll even see a trick or treat goblin.

Happy Halloween to you too! I stayed in, carved a pumpkin an hour before the children started arriving, and spent the evening watching HGTV and handing out treats every so often! We don't get many kids anymore, but there were some very cute costumes. It was fun!

We had a rather quiet Halloween evening actually....a couple of pieces of grape pie and NO Trick or Treaters! Kind of a good thing....no barking pups!!

Hope you had a Happy Halloween!

Great shot!

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
Enjoy!
