Dusted...

We were up at 5:30am last Saturday to head to a town called Zabciksville, south of us. They sell the BEST sausage I've ever had! Since we had a few errands we needed to take care of, we decided to hit the road early. On the way I captured this crop duster in action...He Almost "dusted" US but, we made it past him just as he was getting ready to dump his load on some cornfields across the road. Nothing was going to stop us getting to our sausage AND cottage cheese kolaches!Hahaaa....
Hope you all are having a good week... I need to get back to blogging more but it has been pretty busy here...But...I'm here now and headed Your way!! Enjoy your day!

Anyway, that's pretty cool about the plane, Miss Donna~ glad you weren't right under him! :)

Ha, ha. It always looks like the crop duster are going to dust you when you drive by them but I think well I hope they know what they are doing well enough to NOT dust people and vehicles!! That kolache looks delicous!! yum, yum.

Corn and soybeans all around me so we get dusted frequently. :-) Glad y'all got out and did something for YOU. Love you sweet lady!

Gracious, that's what I call breakfast! Funny how there are no crop dusters here in TN, but you start seeing them in northern Alabama. There must be some geographical line of demarcation, LOL!

I understand about the lack of time! I don't know how I kept my blog up during the past 2 years of working. Now that I'm retired again, there still isn't enough time to devote to it!

The crop duster makes me think of Cary Grant and North by Northwest, and one of my favorite scenes. I don't know what kolaches are, but that picture has my mouth watering! Time for some breakfast!

I haven't been blogging much either, but hope to do better. This time of year gets so busy. Have a great week!

you've brought back memories of living in a small town in SW Wisconsin - it was the Czech capital of the state (so they claimed). And during their festival each June they sold oodles and oodles of homemade kolaches. thanks for the memories, and I'm happy you were able to avoid getting dusted. that stuff is nasty! happy weekend to you Donna. {{{hugs}}}
