Morning everyone! Well...it's finally here...Fall. I love the cooler temps but when the thermometer starts to slide into the Colder temps, you lose me! NOT a fan of icy cold weather!
We've just been resting since we got back from our trip...little laundry, letting Hubby cook... :o)...and playing catch up on the blogs. Hope you all are having a super Sunday! Guess I'll go locate my "Fall" clothing...shoes...etc. Oh, and did you realize CHRISTMAS is only 94 days away?Hahahaa...
Halloween, Thanksgiving then Christmas...wow, I'm already tired! Hopefully this year (I say this EVERY year) I'll be ahead of the game! Who's with me?? Yeah, yeah...I hear all that moaning and groaning out there...Oh well...Get Busy! It's all coming our way!

I'm with you on the icy weather. Also, I've been thinking of Christmas since July! Haha! Thought I'd get the jump on it, but so far it hasn't passed the daydreaming stage.

We were in Maui last week and some smarty-aleck tour guide said "seasons are overrated." I wanted to raise my hand and say "no, they are NOT!"--especially when you are heading into the most fabulous of all seasons--autumn. I doubt he had experienced fall colors or the sweet smell of leaves on the ground....or cool, crisp air and warm sweaters.

Went camping all weekend and enjoyed a bit of cool.

Wouldn't it be great if we could have a REALLY long autumn...and then SPRING!! I could totally do without the icy cold and snow. Except on Christmas Day. I would like to have snow..just a tiny little bit for Christmas Eve into Christmas Day...then it can stop and be SPRING!! It does help going to Florida in the springtime though. I cannot even begin to think about Christmas yet...too much to do before then! Happy Fall Donna! xo
Happy fall to you too! I love the cooler weather but not a fan of super cold either though prefer it to super hot!! I'm never ahead of the game regarding holidays as I play my own game. Ha, ha. Right now, daughter decorated up the inside of the house for Halloween on Sept. 1st so we could enjoy it longer. :)

Fall is so wonderful! Mornings so crisp, evenings so temperate, leaves beginning to turn. My beloved October only days away. Unlike you, I like winter ... in South Carolina. Here it's just "cold" enough to wear tights and sweaters, maybe a cute jacket. And I am all about that. I'm glad you are enjoying your fall, and your wonderful husband's cooking! I like to cook but any day I don't have to is a happy, happy, happy day. xoxoxo Jenny
