Marathons...

What a weekend... Marathoning on Longmire and The X-Files!  We spent all day Saturday starting at 7:30am, on a really good series called Longmire.  Wyoming Sheriff...beautiful country, fun acting and "edge of your seat" situations.  We finished season three at about five that afternoon...

Then on Sunday... The X Files!  We needed a refresher course because the NEW, six episode series begins this month!  Can Not Wait to see Scully and Mulder again...
We binged on both of these on Netflix.  No commercials...Nice!
What else did we do...hummm....ate...slept...tv...Yep, that just about covers it...Hahaaa....
Hope you all spent a useless weekend as well.  I think we need those every once in a while just to recharge.
Hopping over to see you...Happy Monday guys!

That's so cool - yes, indeed those batteries need to be recharged after a while. :)

I was just looking at your sidebar 'bloggers over 50' I wonder if there's one for bloggers over 70. LOL

We've been doing marathons of "The Great British Baking Show"....not quite as exciting, but we enjoy it just the same.

We have Longmire on our list and watch it from time to time. I like it more than Sue does. We are watching Merlin and Lie To Me more at the moment.

Ooooh I love Longmire! It's a great show. I've never taken to the X Files, I'm not sure why. At any rate, your weekend sounds ideal to me. xoxo

I've never watched X-Files, but intend to check them out soon.

Longmire is one of my favorites! I really love the series! I was heartbroken when A&E dropped it. Thank goodness for Netflix! They are adding some very good programs to their lineup.

I've been watching a few re-runs of "The X-Files" because the new show is starting here on Sunday night, 31st Jan; and I never watched it the first time around...mainly because when it did come out I was working day and nights/split-shifts in restaurants etc.

"Longmire" I watched but missed the last season of it. He's an Aussie the fellow who plays the lead.

Love love Longmire, have seen all of the episodes, nothing like it even remotely on the tv and nothing coming up..X-files was my favorite I watched the new series and loved it too..We don't get cable and dropped Netflix after our subscription ran out, nothing now to watch..We have gotten Acorn tv a month free, the British certainly have great shows and so do new Zealanders lots to watch 30 days is great for free..Love your blog, we cook at home tooo expensive to eat out for us, we are both retired and foodis easy to prepare and I enjoy it..Cook what is in season and we watch what we eat!
