The Brenda Photo Challenge is Tomorrow!!


Tomorrow is the Challenge!! Hope you jumped over to the Brenda Blog and signed up!! It's not too late!! The theme this time is "Sweet"! Tegan is the host.... Just take three or so pictures of what represents "sweet" to You and post them on your blog! Then go to the Brenda Blog, sign in with a comment so everyone can come visit, and that's ALL there is to it!! These are SO Fun!
Goodness, for lunch, Hubby took me to Don Carlos's Mexican Restaurant! I feel like a beached whale! Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas....heavenly. So, other than that fascinating little tidbit, guess I'll sign off...Gotta go hunt down our video camera for Crystal...Ya'll have a Wonderful and Safe night!!

I'm all scheduled to post at 1 a.m.! I'm so proud of me!

We stopped in HornLake, MS after shopping at Sams yesterday and had Mexican for dinner. I had some pretty good shrimp fajitas.

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
