Good GRIEF!!! The dentist visit was Horrible!!!Hahaaa...My WORD!! Rough!!! I almost came out of the chair Twice!! The first time, he jabbed me with something Super sharp THEN he cut my tongue!! OOOuch!!!!LOL....and then lasered it to stop the bleeding!!!! OMWord... Glad THAT'S over!!! Going to dream of laying down and reading a good book...Have a wonderful day everyone!

You got to be kidding! Dentists do have a tool that holds your tongue in place! So, it shouldn't even have happened! Next time go to another dentist LOL
Last year I had to come in 10 times for a bridge, it was a chore, but never horrible! Really, start looking for another dentist.

Gad, that sound horrible. I am so sorry! But I have to agree with the other two ladies, seek out another dentist. I have four crowns, had two root canals, and a lot of fillings but never have had that bad of an experience.
You definitely need to reward yourself with something totally pleasurable. :D

That reminds me of my youngest brother when we were kids. After the dentist, he was crying something awful; we later learned the needle had broken off in his gum. It hurts me to think about it still. :(
No wonder you hate going to the dentist if that's what happens! I would be looking for a new dentist. Sounds absolutely awful.

I tell you we have more in common than ever now after my recnt dental visit!
Ugh!
And two weeks later I am still on antibiotics for a gum infection!

My word! How did he do all that while putting on a crown??? I guess you don't REALLY want to know that I have crowns and bridges put on without any shots, do you? It's not supposed to hurt! Ya should have grabbed him by the hoo-haas after the first time he hurt you, LOL!

Donna-It was the teeth prep first...Then I go June 1 to get the crowns...YUCH!!Hahaa...hughugs
You did not heed my intended suggestion, did you? Dentists also do not like pain so if they can feel a little of your pain they pay attention better. Take my word. :-)
