Brenda Photo Challenge (9-19-09) Food

One of our favorite breakfast...bacon and eggs with Italian toast...
Cranking up the old crock pot with "the mix"...onion, carrots, bell pepper and parsley...(I don't like celery...Hahaa)
Another favorite breakfast is Tomato gravy and biscuits with sausage...Lord, it's good!

Just had to throw in some coke and vanilla ice cream....Well, these are mine...I think I'm already Full!! BUT, I'll make the sacrifice and come see Yours!!! Thanks Jeanne! Make my eggs medium to well and I've never heard of tomato gravy. However, it look delicious.

Oh, that all looks sooo good! We used to do Coke and Vanilla Ice Cream when I was a girl. I'd forgotton all about it. Now I have to go buy some Coke!

What great pictures! That coke and ice cream pictures really captures the bubbles. I've never heard of tomato gravy, but it sounds interesting.

Man, that is some good looking food. I haven't had ice cream in soda for an eternity. Excuse me while I go put root beer and vanilla ice cream on my grocery list!

I believe you...tomato gravy and biscuits with sausage looks good! And you know what? We just had vanilla ice cream a while ago and someone asked for a coke hahaha. Foods are yummy!

I haven't had coke and vanilla ice cream in years, might just have to get both for a treat.

OK, I'm another one that curious about the tomato gravy. I never heard of it before but it looks delicious.

This was a great challenge, I had a blast and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Tomato gravy...I've been making it for over 40 years...learned it from my MIL...made me hungry just looking at it!!!

Every time I think I'm gonna take a picutre of my food, I always forget until the food is almost gone! How do you manage to get a picutre of a plate full of food???

Mmmmmm, everything looks yummy, of course, breakfast is my favorite meal.

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
Enjoy!
