How about a nice hot cuppa coffee with some vanilla yogurt and vanilla & almond granola? Blast Crystal for starting this Disgusting habit....Karma will ultimately find her! Hope you all are having a Wonderful day already...Maybe you can have yogurt for lunch...Hahaaa....

Actually, that cuppa and yogurt with granola looks pretty good to me. I just finished my morning coffee. But I'm usually good for another if there's more. They are baby goats we are holding. They were at a petting zoo at a drive thru safari we went to in Texas, just outside of Copperas Cove.

The yogurt looks sooo yummy. But, I am not sure I can do just vanilla or plain yogurt. I like fiber one, sugar free key-lime, strawberry and peach. I guess I could try it. Have a great Wednesday !! :) *HUGS*

Hey- when I was on Wt. Watchers years ago-I developed a real taste for blueberries in buttermilk! :) Yummy!

Not a coffee drinker so while it looks good...it sounds awful! :)
It all looks good to me! I started my day with a cheese stick and a Snapple Diet Peach Tea. Weird choice for a rainy day. I just wanted to get started catching up on my blog reading... Now it's 2:25 and I'm starving... off to fix a late lunch!
