Still, No Rain...sigh.

Nothing...Nada! We DID have cloudy skies though which brought a much needed bit of relief to our Texas sky. Some areas that dotted Texas got a little rain but, as hopeful as we were, none fell on OUR yard! Yes, I will be glad for the cooler weather to begin (I KNOW Ac! You predicted last Winter I'd be screaming for cooler weather...Hahaaa...I AM!!). Just not ICE! Think I'll move to Belize....
We did not do One thing this last weekend. It's just been so busy around here lately that my get up and Go, got up and went without me....Hubby did a little geocaching and I watched the news (Horrible about the grandstand falling in Indiana?!!!! Bless their hearts!) Gov. Rick Perry jumping in the POTUS race...thank God!
Well, hope you all have a great day...and if you're getting rain, blow some our way!

We've had a couple of monsoons here in recent days and it's been nice. I don't let it interfere with my swimming, though. Very excited about Governor Perry's announcement! Yay, happy days are about to be here again! I think he can go all the way. Did you get my email re: juicing?

It's really dry there, eh? It's been a little dry here, but we're fine. Hope you get some rain soon without having to move to Belize.

Well goodness. I hoped you would have had some rain by now. We had a huge storm on Saturday.

So ya'll like Gov Perry? I was wondering how you felt about him. Just let me know who to vote for; I trust ya!!

Sorrrrrrrrrrrrry your part of TX, did not get rain.

Yes, we have lots of gentle rain falling in these parts... I'd gladly send some your way.

But don't worry, I suppose we'll all be complaining about snow/ice, way too s oooooon.

My blood pressure, won't let me get my knickers in a twist yet, over any of the Election things.

But I am sooooooooooo happy, when I see a viable candidate come in!!!! Good grief, but we need someone who is qualified, and who is ELECTABLE.

I'm very pragmatic about that *electability* aspect. Very!

Bless your heart, honey... I'll dance a little jig for the rain to come your way!
Hang in there, Miss Donna!

We've had rain the past couple of days. Finally. Everything was getting so dry and brown around here. I'll send the rain clouds in your direction

Sorry you didn't get rain. We've had cooler weather and lower humidity and for that, I AM GRATEFUL! We did have rain over the weekend.

There's some rain here at the moment, I'll blow southwest and see if it helps.
Boy this has been the most hot, humid summer in a long time.
Looking forward to fall.

Are you cooking anything good in spite of this weather?

We got a little over 2 inches this weekend and a little sprinkle last night. I'm blowing.

We have had much cooler temps here in Missouri ! Lows in the high 50's at night (59 - 60) in the mornings and low 80's in the days with NO humidity !! Loving it !!! Hubby said he could handle this weather all year long, me, too !! :)

Hope you guys get rain soon. Love this photo and of course, the font !!

no rain here either, the lawns are all brown and toasted, but I know it's nothing compared to what you're experiencing further south. I hoping for rain for the entire nation. I love your patriotic birdhouse! happy Thursday to you Donna.
