Pancakes...Roast, Enchiladas, and Relief

This is a new treat at Cracker Barrel.  Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes...there went my diet, again.  You seriously need to try them.

I then made a chuck roast in the Instant Pot.  Turned out wonderfully.

Then I made Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas...oh, so good!

One morning, I made Lemon Pancakes with powdered sugar.

Larry then made chicken wings in the oven...these are so good!

I cleared off the bottom two shelves of our bookcase so Sloane could have her own area with her books and toys.  I think she'll like it much better than the toy box.  She can see things better.

Here's Sloane telling Lolli and Pops (grandparents) all about her week after they picked her up for the weekend.  Lolol...

Pops and Sloane enjoying a duet...and of course Toby sang along!

Just about bedtime for all...Sloane patting the fur babies to help them sleep...<3

Sloane telling on her mommy...lolol

Roses are growing like crazy!  I love it...

Well guys, I guess that's about it for me this week.  I hope you all are safe, well and happy...
So, until next time...

Your meals look so delicious, Donna. Lemon pancakes and sour cream chicken enchiladas! It was so cute to hear Sloane talk. I like that grocery bag quote. I used the "today's grandmas" quote on my blog post that you shared one time. I am wondering where do you find your delightful quotes, on a site or just around? What a great idea to clear out the bottom book shelves for Sloane. Kids are drawn to color. And a cute photo of her with the dogs. Your roses are coming along nicely. What a striking color they are.

Have a good rest of the week, Donna.

Oh mercy. Between Sloane's sweet voice and those Far Side cartoons, I am laughing out loud for real, hahaha! And now I guess I'm going to have to give in and try those cheesecake pancakes at Cracker Barrel, hahaha! So far I have shown restraint. xoxo

Hi Donna. I need to find out where a Cracker Barrel is around here so I can try that delicious looking breakfast. Reading your posts always makes me hungry - all that good food you are always fixing. Cute pictures of Sloane, as always. I love what you did to your bookcase so Sloane can see her toys and books. Great idea. I hope you are having a good week. See you again soon!

It's good to check for her and not so chaotic like in a box. More work for you - more insiration or sweet Sloane! Two dogs beside her - what a happy little girl! In the video can hear her dear voice. Great roses you have! Our roses still are sleeping very deep. It is cold here. We have snow in many regions of germany.

Lemon pancakes! I have been craving all things lemon. I don’t think I have had a pancake since my husband passed away and it will be eight years in June. Maybe it’s time I makes myself pancakes

Out of the mouth of little ones!!! All your food looks so wonderful! We love chicken enchiladas here too. I have said the same thing about plastic bags for a long time! We are trying to cut out plastic for our health, and it's crazy how everything uses plastic. Always enjoy your posts! Blessings to you!

Oh my goodness, those strawberry cheesecake pancakes sound and look so good. I would happily go off my diet for those, and your chuck roast looked very yummy, as did your enchiladas, and then golly day your lemon pancakes with the powdered sugar and back to savory with those delicious looking chicken wings? I should never come here when I am hungry, and can I move in? LOL! Columbo said it all didn’t he? Cute, cute photos of Sloane. You take care of that sweet little girl's needs, and love that you put all her things within reach like that. She looks adorable telling you about her week. Great photos and video, all smile bringers! Loved the flowers and all the funnies. Thanks for a great post Donna! Always fun to see what is going on in your part of the world.
