Oh, It's Diet Time Again...

I get so tired of dieting...Up...Down...Up...Always the Same 20 pounds. I try to be good during the year but to no avail. We started our trusty no-carb diet again this morning. It's Always good for loosing the weight but the trick is to KEEP it off!!Hahaa... I sit too much behind computers and I know it. I own a treadmill...I Need to use it...WHAT??!!!! I will. Tonight. Pray for me...LOL

Oh,Donna! I should also had diet, but it is so difficult! I have low metabolism, and therefore it is not easy to lose weight. I get tired when I can't see results, and then I give up. I understand you very good. It is not funny..

Sally-Hahaha...no...not a muffin! That's how I feel!!!
No carb for 2 wks then low carb for a month untill the weight's off. Happy night sweetie!!hughugs

I love carbs... And they love me! LOL I need to start a diet, but I don't know what I would eat if I can't have carbs!!!

Good luck! I'm no good at dieting, so I have no advice for you. When I lose weight, it's always a surprise to me!

I wonder if there is a such thing as an "All Carb" Diet! That would be the one I would pick! Good luck to you. I never have any luck with dieting....ever. Except for the time that I had pneumonia....but I wouldn't wish that on anyone!!

good luck with the diet-- i tried that-- for about a day-- didn't work out. me and diets , we don't get along.

Good luck with the dieting. My daughter and son in law are on a low carb diet and it seems to be working for them.

I know what I need to do - go cycling for 5 weeks in France; it worked last time ... I lost 10 kg.

So...did u use the treadmill??????? I'm in suspense over here!!!

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
