Oh,Donna! I hope you will avoid Gustav. It is a dangerous storm. I have heard of it in radio and TV.
I can tell you that one of my uncles was named Gustav. Yes, it is true. My mothers youngest brother. But he is dead some years ago......
I am sure you enjoyed your grandbabies....
Have a blessed week!

Lille- We hopefully will avoid the Worst of the storm...looks like Houston will get some nasty rain out of it and we're about 200miles west of Houston...Happy night sweetie!hughugs

We've been watching Gustav too, we don't need any heavy rains or winds on the rice and corn, it's harvest time! My son had to report back to work early this afternoon in order to drive a bus load prisoners to a waiting point further south just in case they need them for clean up details if and when the storm hits.

Hope you are going to be safe from the storm! Have a coffee for me too, LOL.

There are reports here about your impending storms, and about evacuations in New Orleans; front page in our newspaper. I hope it dies down a bit before it reaches your area.

Gordon- We're praying! At least This time 90% of the people are Out of that area! There's tons of people that evacuated early enough hopefully so now we're all just playing the "waiting" game...Peaceful day sweetie! hughugs
