I'm SO READY for this week to be over!!LOL...Office manager, Ken has been on vacation all week and I've replaced him...Hahahahaa...Up earlier, home later and pooped! BUT I Did sleep Much better at night!! I have Got to push back from the computer more and WALK!! It does make a difference! Other than this, ALL we've done is work...eat...sleep and start all over again the next day. Makes me Very boring!! Hope you all have a Wonderful weekend though!

Your starting to sound like me. Get up early. Go to work and barly stopping for a break. Come home. Have dinner and off to bed. Yep work does get in the way of living.

Ya'aa aare singing the story of my life, during the week anyway. And I try to walk for at least 30 minutes every day. It definitely helps with the sleeping!

My secret is to fiddle around on the computer for a while, get up do some work, rest, piddle on the computer, get up do some work, and etc. Notice the "rest" part...well, I'm retired. lol
