Well??? It's 104degrees here today and NO rain Anywhere close by! So, what did Ken (office manager) do for us? He went out into the heat and bought us all a Slushy! Crystal got a peach one and I got a strawberry! Goodness it was Good and Cold!! Thank you Ken!!! It's not 100 here yet, but I do think I lost about 5 lbs between 8 and 10 A.M. workin' in the yard this morning. I can't even get the dog to go outside! :)

You've got 104 degrees...makes our 98 degrees almost a cold spell. The slushy looks really perfect. I shudder to think what the rest of the summer will bring.
It was a beautiful 84F here today, but that's about as hot as we northerners can take it before whinging sets in.
I coulda used a Slushy today!

An ice cream and a cold glass of water are enough for me when is hot. I like the fruits fresh, not slushy.
we've been hittin the hundreds out here too -- just about every day. i used to love the heat. i guess age changes that huh?
the slush looks yummy-- i had a frozen custard from a place nearby-- mmaaaaan it was good-- tropical.. it has coconut, bananas, pineapples, and vanilla frozen custard in it.
i'd have one every day if i wouldn't gain two hundred pounds.
my second favorite-- a mango smoothie from jamba juice-- you have those out there-- you oughtta try one sometime if you do. they have lots more than mango-- if'n ya don't like them.

In my country we call those "raspados" and we top the slushy with sweetened condensed milk...my favorite part he he he
