Dear Donna, came over to catch up when I realized that you had your Blogaversary on 21st! So sorry I'm late in wishing you Many Happy Returns. Thanks so much for your visits and good wishes too. Glad to see that your family is thriving. And I love young Samantha's braces! Wonderful photos, as always on your Blog - and that Apricot Preserve looks just wonderful We have one over here called Bonne Maman (from France of course) which is really yummy too. Lots of love and hugs to you all. Margot xxx
PS I took Hon Grandaughter to see the new Harry Potter film last week and really enjoyed it - I hope you do too.

That reminds me of Montreal in the summer. Sitting in a bistro, watching people go by and sipping on a steaming bowl latte or cappuccino. Hmmmm- heavenly.

Preheat Oven to 350 F
Grease a 9x13 pan or dish
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl.
Pour into 9x13 dish
Sprinkle all of the cake mix gently over the wet ingredients
Sprinkle all the pecans over the dry cake mix
Drizzle the butter over the pecans
Do Not Stir!
Place in oven and bake for 60 minutes.
Do Not over bake!
Let cool then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours of overnight.
You can make this several days ahead of event, just keep covered with plastic wrap.
Enjoy!
