Your dad was in the Navy I see. Mine was also, and my parents married in l941.
Thanks Sally! Yeah, Daddy was pure Navy! He was born in Old Mystic Connecticut, Mom was born in Corsicana Texas. They met during the war out in San Fransico. Naturally, Dad was due to ship out and they just couldn't leave each other and not be married. SO, Justice of the Peace and the rest is history. Thanks for checking in on me!
