Eggs and Emma

Well, we had a really nice, quiet Easter Day. The only time we left the house was when we took some tulips to Hubby's Mom and Dad. We didn't stay long though. They had just gotten home from being gone all day, and were tired. They are in their eighties, so naps are often on the agenda.
The GranBabies had their Easter egg hunt though. Crystal and I hid them all over the house then they rounded them up with a repeat of same outside...As you can see, Samantha really got into it by running to what ever she found!LOL...William kept saying, "I need help"! They both had bunches and soon tired, so inside we all went.
Lunch was Hubby...(I think he gets nervous when I linger in the kitchen too long..)LOL...cooking the roast. It was very good. Then we watched the movie, "The Seeker"...Cute...I wasn't really impressed though. Now, the day seems to be coming to a close. BUT...Emma with Kate Beckensdale, is coming on PBS at 8:00pm and I've Got to watch it. I Love Emma...
Here's hoping your day was a Happy and Blessed one and I'll talk at 'cha tomorrow.

So happy you all had a good day! No kids or eggs around here, but that's okay; we all have to adjust to change at times. I went to my little bro's house for dinner though, and that was nice. I made my first EVER pound cake, and it weighed about ten #. I think I did something wrong. I hope no one is sick; I'm scared to call and find out. hahahaha

Thanks to you and Crystal for the lovely birthday card; it came in the mail today. You two are spoiling me rotten. But, I LIKE IT!! (HUGS)

It sounds as if everyone had a nice Easter Day. Your egg hunt looks like it was fun, and it must be quite warm if the kids are running around outside in t-shirts. We woke up to snow again this morning, but it soon melted. I don't suppose the weather will change until the month does!

Dabrah- Really am trying to blow some warm winds your way! I don't think I'd do to well with all that cold. Hope your day was a good one!! It was in the 70's Sunday but the sun played peek-a-boo with the clouds. Stay warm sweetie!hughugs
