Alright!! What's going to be on the food menu for this long Fourth of July weekend? I'm seriously thinking about some good old, Texas Fried Chicken!! Cut it up, dip in buttermilk, dip in flour...fry it up! Geez it's good! It's been Ages since I've made any. With it being 98degrees here today, an ice cold watermelon would probably hit the spot as well. There's no telling What I'll end up making but I do believe, if you're of the feathered persuasion...you'd best get 'ta running!!LOL...Happy night or day everyone!
