Well, it's a rainy and chilly Sunday around here. It's been raining all weekend. We have needed it though. I decided this morning to cook a twelve pound turkey...don't know why except there it was, just hanging out in the freezer and looking like it wanted to be cooked. So...I am. Couldn't find a roasting pan big enough for the lid to fit snugly so I pulled out my old roaster. Love this thing. Does a really good job on all sorts of things.I ALSO changed my blog background to something more BRIGHT! That red one is nice for Christmas but to tell you the truth, it got to be a bit Depressing! I think I like the pink and grey....better...for now.

Well, that's about it for today...Working on getting bugs out of my big computer (never let teenagers NEAR your computer!) and cooking that turkey (done and now eating a turkey sandwich...) Here's hoping we all have a great week....a Really, great week.
